Vacation Diary II

Sitting on a sofa in the Romeo and Juliet lounge, mostly becaause it was the only quiet empty place I could find. Tonight is Formal Night I, so we're all dressed up. I feel remarkably plain compared to most other people here, but that's fairly normal. I'll go see the show tonight, mostly to watch the tech. I met their lighting and sound guys yesterday. Nice guys, decent equipment. Tropical Storm Earl, which was threatening us, has been downgraded to Open Tropical Wave Earl, which shouldn't affect us much. We signed up for shore excursions today, Mayan ruins for tomorrow and beach for Wednesday. Noah's going "cave tubing" on Thursday and mum and dad are doing something else. After listening to descriptions, I decided that I really didn't need to go ashore in Belize, so I will stay on the boat on Thursday.
Parents are throwing the anti-social thing at me again. Grr...Arrgh...Having a reasonably good time, will be glad to get home. It's funny, but I'm starting to dread going back to school. Now that The Job is over, I wish I had more time to spend at home. Oh, well.
