It is the birthday of the high king genius wonderfulest most fabulous Shakespeare man. Or as my lunch companions said "Boob Man"(I am wearing my Shakespeare t-shirt today). As many of you know, Shakespeare is my favourite playwright/author/genius/writer/comedian/actor/historical figure of all time. Therefore, I encourage all of you to go out and read some Shakespeare. A play, a scene, a poem...read some Shakespeare. Dude knew what he was talking about.

An entry with a number of subjects.

First and foremost, Happy Birthday to my wee baby brother, who turns 16 today and has a good four inches on me so he is neither baby nor wee. His birthday means that it has officially been six months since I turned 21.

Next up, GO OILERS!!! HELLZ YEAH!!! 4-0, baby, tying the series at 3-3. Game 7 in Raleigh on Monday. Kick. Ass.

On the negatives side, sound on my computer has gone from annoying and finicky to unbearably bad. Like, intolerable. So, my options are new computer or send it in for fixing ($200+, which seems more than moderately obscene, fucking Dell, and will take 7-10 days that I really can't afford on Midsummer right now.) or try a local repair place, if I can find one and trust them with my baby. Argh. This summer is turning out obscenely expensive, which ic a major problem since I have limited funds. I'm hoping that I can survive until my parents get back next weekend and get my dad's advice, but it's driving me absolutely batshit.
