bardic_ladyDisneyland day! And an excellent day it was, too. Got up, made tuna sandwiches, the way my grandpa used to make them for me, and headed out into a grey and drizzly day. We met a friend of ours, who works for ABC, in Downtown Disney, and she got us into the parks free. We did some shopping with her in DD and then she had to go be a real person. We started in CA Adventure and went on Soarin' over California twice. After lunch, we moseyed over to D-Land and went on lots of rides, because there were no lines. It's amazing what rain does to theme park attendance...So it wa fun and low stress.
I spent a lot of the day thinking about an old friend, a guy I used to work with, who also worked at Disneyland, and who died about a year and a half ago, in his early twenties...Shawn, wherever you are...Miss you.
So, happy times at Mauschwitz, the happiest little place in hell...
