From hard to harder...
Um... I generally dig the kickass women? Beatrice, Paulina, Titania, Katharina if you can make the end work...
Okay, technically, Beatrice has been my favourite character since forever (also the first character I ever RP'd, which should count for something) She's snarky but compassionate and caring and she has some of the best lines, like, "I have a good eye, uncle, I can see a church by daylight." And one of the lines I use most often in my everyday life, "Thus goes everyone to the world but I and I am sunburnt." Also Emma Thompson as Beatrice is one of my all time favourite roles on film.
HOWEVER, I love Titania. I love Puck. I love Ariel. I love Paulina and I love Katharina. I adore Mercutio and would prefer that that play was actually more about him. I am oddly not much of a fan of Viola or Rosalind. I'm not big on Desdemona, I'd prefer Juliet if there wasn't Romeo involved... I guess I'm going to stop there because at some point these answers shade into day 23. Not that I expect anyone to remember what I said 21 days from now.
