  • 02:06 And when I said going to bed, what I actually meant was puttering around the internet some more... *facepalm* #
  • 10:56 twitpic.com/7x2e6 - Corpse Flower at the Huntington #
  • 11:09 The Children's Garden at the Huntington is, IMO, the most incredible park/learning place in So. Cal. #

  • 16:16 @Echo6979 Ack. What kind? #
  • 16:23 @Echo6979 that's bad. Error message or won't start at all or...? #
  • 16:29 @Echo6979 My brother says that sounds like a memory problem. Has it gotten jostled or anything so that the memory might be loose? #
  • 16:32 @Echo6979 If you open it up, you can check and see if the memory stick is loose? #
  • 16:36 @Echo6979 You still have my old laptop, right? #
  • 16:38 @Echo6979 So you're not completely computerless. You may need to send the computer in, but it's under warranty at least... #
  • 18:07 @Echo6979 It's that or send it to Dell. Or let it sit overnight and see if it self-heals. #

I Cannot Hide What I Am

I must be sad when I have cause and smile
at no man's jests, eat when I have stomach and wait
for no man's leisure, sleep when I am drowsy and
tend on no man's business, laugh when I am merry and
claw no man in his humour...
I had rather be a canker in a hedge than a rose in
his grace, and it better fits my blood to be
disdained of all than to fashion a carriage to rob
love from any: in this, though I cannot be said to
be a flattering honest man, it must not be denied
but I am a plain-dealing villain. I am trusted with
a muzzle and enfranchised with a clog; therefore I
have decreed not to sing in my cage. If I had my
mouth, I would bite; if I had my liberty, I would do
my liking: in the meantime let me be that I am and
seek not to alter me.
