Mmmm...Today was a busy, busy day. I woke up after four and a half hours of sleep, discovered that they had finally decided when they were going to do the recordings for the campus lit mag spoken word CD, today, and hightailed it across campus to do the readings I was assigned. Grabbed lunch and scarfed it before class. Out of class and upstairs to wait for my Dream meeting. Had to leave that early in order to go to icky bad class, which fortunately got out early, so that I got to talk to my mum before I went to my Research Grant meeting. Geoof went over with the person who had an appointment before I did, so I got a couple minutes with Jac, too, which was great. Grandma called while I was in that meeting and I met her outside as soon as I was done. We and a friend of the family who had driven her here from the airport went to dinner at Pomodoro and then grabbed dessert at Metro, where I gave them the grand tour. Now, they're off to Sequim or somewhere and I'm curled up in my room with creme brulee...I love creme brulee...

Tonight, I need to re-draft my ground plan and edit my research grant propsal so that I can turn it in tomorrow.
