Yay for evenings spent laughing in the company of friends. I enjoy that a lot.

I have to get up at 7:45 to get into costume and all, so I'm thinking I'm going to do a sudoku and sleep. Later today there may well be Hallowe'en/All Hallow's Eve/Samhain icons. [livejournal.com profile] lornelover, poke me in Playwrighting and remind me to bring [livejournal.com profile] amaresu her present.

[livejournal.com profile] dancingdrew, waiting to hear from you.

Morning. Mornings are an evil tool used to torture wee small people like me. I wanna go back to sleep.

I was the only costumed person in my Public Communications Campaigns class. How sad is that? It's Hallowe'en, guys! That means we get wear whatever we want, all in the name of fun, and there's the strong likelihood of chocolate being involved! What the heck is this college apathy?

And so it begins...

I Cannot Hide What I Am

I must be sad when I have cause and smile
at no man's jests, eat when I have stomach and wait
for no man's leisure, sleep when I am drowsy and
tend on no man's business, laugh when I am merry and
claw no man in his humour...
I had rather be a canker in a hedge than a rose in
his grace, and it better fits my blood to be
disdained of all than to fashion a carriage to rob
love from any: in this, though I cannot be said to
be a flattering honest man, it must not be denied
but I am a plain-dealing villain. I am trusted with
a muzzle and enfranchised with a clog; therefore I
have decreed not to sing in my cage. If I had my
mouth, I would bite; if I had my liberty, I would do
my liking: in the meantime let me be that I am and
seek not to alter me.
