Well, I'm fairly certain, after some research, that the problem with my jaw is muscular, since, in looking at diagrams of the facial muscle structure, there is a muscle group that runs exactly the length and breadth of the painful area. I'll start icing it, take a lot of ibuprofen, and hope that the spasm that's being going for the last week or so subsides.

Goals for today (Sunday):
Market

• Milk
• Cream Cheese
• Bread
• Bagels
• Vitamin water
• Kid’s Kitchens
• Frozen dinners
• Cream
• Garlic
• Grape tomatoes
• Seafood?
• Freeze dried fruit?
• Ibuprofen (large)
• Flour
• Sugar
• Baking powder
• Baking soda
• Buttermilk
• Butter
• Salt
• Phoof
• Foil pans

Something like that happened to me freshman year, where the muscle running from the top of my ear to the bottom of my neck went all spasmy painful. Painkillers definitely help, as it appears muscular. Also, make sure to stay hydrated, as that seems to help for some reason.

Huh. Good advice. Thanks. I have major neck spasms about once a year, this is the first time my jaw's gotten in on the action.
