You read "U.S. Wiretaps" as "U.S. Weretaps" and your mind goes on a merry journey through furred rockettes, shoes with furry taps, and kegs shaped like werewolves. And then you realize you were looking at the New York Times top headline.
P.S. I sit here and realize that the plushies in my direct line of sight are a puppy, a 'potamus (the Pharaoh Potmose the Third), a popple, 2 pandas, and a platypus. Alliteration can't be wrong when it feels so right...
